CAN I EXPORT CONTACTS FROM IPHONE 6S TO 5S. itunes says software difference is too great to do a restore on itunes

The iPhone 6S can use iOS 14 (current). The iPhone 5S, released by Apple in 2013, can run no iOS version greater than 12.x.

An iOS backup cannot be restored to an older version of iOS than the version that created it.
