Can the Apple watch do "I've fallen and I can't get up!"

If I am at risk of fainting when I go running, is there a feature or an app for the watch that, like the devices for seniors we see advertised on TV, senses when I have fallen, sends a signal to somebody letting them know i am in trouble and tells them where I am?

iPhone XS, iOS 14
