How do I restore my iPhone from iCloud backup?

I have new iPhone SE. Been using for over 1 week. It was backed up last night.

Want to restore from iPhone 8 iCloud backup.

Do I have to reset SE before starting restore?

Yes. You’ll need to Erase All Contents and Settings first. https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/erase-iphone-iph7a2a9399b/ios
