Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Returned my iPhone 8 as it was not working, received a replacement phone which I have not put into service as I purchased a new iPhone 10, I was told by Asurion to turn off Find My,

When I went into the Cloud settings I removed my old iPhone 8, but I was told by Asurion to turn of Find My, which I did not do. But now I don't have the info on the old iPhone as I returned it to Asurion. Help please, thank you.
