Restore iphone xr without losing data

I have a disabled iPhone XR and I would like to restore it without losing data, so I restored it but seems I lost my data which is not in the iCoud. Is there a way to restore this data again, it is lost permanently.

Noting that I did not have iTunes installed on my macOS because I tried to install it but it displays the message that iTunes 12.8 is not compatible with my macOS device version.

Thanks,

Mohammed

If it is disabled the only way to get it working again is to restore it, And restoring it does wipe all the data.

The only way you can have your data back is if you had a backup.

If your device is disabled or you forgot your passcode, you will need to erase your device

If you have a backup you can restore it from that
