Notifications for settings app
how do i turn off notifications for the settings app because i keep gettin one notification and its the same notification oconstantly and its bothering me.

That is one area you can't turn off. They generally refer to not finishing the setup, or a new update is available. You can turn off automatic updates.
If not this, what are you being notified about.
