iMac 24“ online order stuck on processing
Hello everyone,
I placed an order for a 8/8/16/512 silver iMac on 6th July with an initial delivery date between 2nd August and 9th August. A couple of days ago the delivery dates were pushed back a day to 3rd-10th. Two days ago my credit card got charged and I can no longer cancel the item… so far so good.
However, I am wondering that the order is still stuck in „processing“; is that normal at this stage, especially when the CC got charged already?
I am not experienced with Apple Online Store orders so any experience or feedback is appreciated :)
