Couple of thoughts: I think if you boot remotely to Apple's servers and erase, and reinstall your MBPro's original, or later, OS,

after installation your device is essentially "reset". You can proceed with setting up the Mac with a neutral user account, without signing into iCloud, iTunes etc.

You may, however, need to attend to removing the device from your AppleID account, otherwise the system

will still populate your list of devices registered to you.
