I have a faint control center icon that is on every article,etc that I have open on my screen showing up on all apps. I have gone into the control center on settings and removed all that were open and it is still there. Any suggestions?

I don't see anything odd either but if it is showing up in other places, try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

I don't see the Control Centre in your screenshot.
