Hi! I would like to ask if there is still a way for me to claim the free 3month subscription upon new purchase? I am previously an android user. When i purchased i set it up immediately without knowing and skipped some stuff whimsically. Then i discovered that i could transfer files from android to iphone thru move to ios, without thinking i reset my new iphone and lost the free subscription.
The subscription is for the Apple ID account as used when redeeming. Resetting a device doesn’t change that. But you have to use the same account to access the subscription content.
If you hadn’t redeemed the offer yet, then also set it up again with the same Apple ID account as the first time (the offer is for the first user of the device). If you are still within 3 months after first activation, and if you see no redeem option “Enjoy 3 Months Free” in the TV app, then contact Apple support for assistance.
