we just got the 11 and the ring features fades after the first ring, how do we stop this? My husband works in construction and is around very loud equipment daily. This fading feature could cost some important job issues, like possibly a life.
Disable: Settings>Face ID & Passcode>Attention Aware Features. When done, restart your iPhone.
See what this option does (when enabled):--> About Attention Aware features on your iPhone X or iPad Pro - Apple Support
If the issue persists, contact your carrier and have them check how many time it rings.

It only fades if attention awareness detects that you are actually looking at the phone, in which case you can see that it's ringing.
