How can I change my Apple ID email address if I have found that someone else is using my icloud email address because I am receiving their email and am concerned that they are receiving mine. I have had my Apple ID since the early 2000's by the way and this is not the first time this has happened.

You can't change/remove @iCloud.com, @me.com or @mac.com aliases.
