I forgot my password on my notes, so I tried to restart the password and put a new one. But then when I tried to put the new Password, it still asking me for the old password. I have to recover this because I have locked my notes and the notes is has all my password of accounts that I created.. PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY DONT REMEMBER ANYTHING!!

The only way to unlock your notes is with the old password.
Unless you remember it, your notes are locked for good.
Yes, that is what it means. While you can set a new password for new notes, the new one will not unlock the old ones. If you cannot remember the old password, you cannot unlock the old notes.
