No SIM card installed after updating to 14.7.1

I’m getting No SIM card installed when I updated my iPhone 11 Pro to 14.7.1 this morning. Is anyone else also facing it? I’ve tried all the usual methods of restarting, resetting network, eject and re-insert SIM etc. but my phone is still not able to detect the card that worked until this morning. Tells me it’s an issue with the updated software. Is there a workaround until this bug is fixed and a new update comes out? This is ridiculous that such a thing happens after a software update, probably there needs to be more testing done before releasing an update.

We are happy to help with the issue you are having with your device saying No SIM since your update. It sounds like you have tried a lot of great steps. Take a look at If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad to verify you have tried all possible steps. If you still need help, you should contact Apple support.
