I live in Colombia and bought a new I phone 12 and signed up for apple tv+ one year free trial but when i click on something i want to watch I get a message saying " content unavailable" There is a problem loading this content. If this continues check your internet connection. " I have checked my internet connection and it is working fine. Any thoughts?

Are you streaming the content or did you download it? Are you connected to cellular data or Wi-Fi on your iPhone? These answers will help us isolate the cause the further.
