Update iMac's OS from high Sierra to most recent OS
Hi,
I cannot any update in the Apple store to run an update. How mus I proceed ?

What model year is your iMac? If you are unsure please click the symbol in the upper left of the display and the click About this Mac. That will help us determine if your iMac can be upgraded beyond 10.13.6 High Sierra.
Below is what each model years (beginning with 2011) can be upgraded to:
- 2011 - High Sierra 10.13.6
- 2012 - Mojave 10.14.x
- 2013 - Catalina 10.15.7
- 2014 - 2020 Big Sur 11.5.2
