Zero the itunes balance

I need to zero the itunes balance as i am planning to change my region.

the current region is US and i need to change it to india.

plz guide me to take this further.

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
