Hi,
I bought for my daughter the Galaxy Buds+ BTS edition, but when trying to listen music on AppleMusic App, cannot hear anything. it works with other apps but with this one there is an issue (no sound at all). The app it works with wired earbuds. Is there any fix for this? Her phone is Samsung Galaxy S20. Thank you for your support in advance!

It looks like you're having issues with Bluetooth when using the Apple Music app. If that's correct, let's try the following.
Restart your device. If you continue to have issues after that, try removing the Apple Music app and download it again.
