Why do I get this message "an error occurred loading this content. Try again later." on my Apple tv Gen 2/3 when I try to play an apple tv show? Sometimes I get the first minute or two of a show, but then the time out wheel spins and I get

Likely due to a weak network or some type of network interference at your home. You can begin troubleshooting by


  1. Unplug the modem from it's power source for 2-3 minutes, then restart.
  2. Unplug the router from it's power source for 2-3 minutes, then restart.
  3. Unplug the Apple TV from it's power source for 2-3 minutes, then restart.
  4. Retest
