Beats Studio Wireless headphones keep disconnecting.

My Beats Studio Wireless headphones keep disconnecting after about 5-10 seconds. The headphones are updated, and I have turned them on and off and repaired them, but this continues. It happens on the iPad, iPhone and iMac. Any other suggestions? Thank you.

Beats Studio Wireless headphones are a great accessory, and you’ve come to a great place for help! You’ve walked through great troubleshooting steps by restarting, unpairing, and confirming that the firmware is updated. In addition to those steps have you attempted to reset your beats? If not, that would be the next recommended step which can be found in the following article.

If you continue to have issues after resetting your Beats you would want to contact Apple. You can find their contact information online via the Get Support website.
