IOS 6.3 update (watch)

Can I update IOS 6.3 on my IWatch through my IPhone, if IOS on my IPhone is not updated (chosen not to)? It shows estimated time 4 days(!)

Your screen shot is giving you an answer. Your watch must be charged to at least 50% before the update will start.
