how can i restore a deleted reminder in the apps

I mistakenly deleted an item in my Reminders Apps. How can I restore it?

Go Settings > Your Name, iCloud, Media etc.
Tap iCloud
Are Reminders turned on (green)?
If yes, they are gone
If no and you have a backup made from before you deleted the reminder, you can restore your phone that backup. But your phone will be restored to the date the backup was made, so things you added after the date of the backup will be gone
