Got a refund but payment method had changed

Guys,

Background: I got a refund but I had to change payment method. I can NOT get my old card as I blocked it thinking the purchase was a suspicious activity.

Question1: Will I be getting refund amount to the new card (payment method)?

Question2: If answer to Question1 is NO, how may I get my refund done?
