How is it possible for a router connecting to one of my devices?
shows my iPhone as a device but also more so as a router and worse not my model!
Should look like this

it also connected another device to a netgear extender. That device had it's own app. ( Arlo Camera) The app said it was not connected to my network however it was running some of the camera's view? ISP wanted to come out. Fifth router in 60 days. Annoying.
I wish I could just fix it myself.
a router just broadcast it's SSID
if your iphone is set to
setttings->wifi->Ask to join networks
then your iphone contact the routers within reach
it is set at "notify" is this best choice? thank you
UNpN was enabled and would allow to toggled off. New router. Plug and play issue?
Creepy question: How could another router connect to one my iPhone? Does it have to be close proximity?
