How to recover permanently deleted photos

I have a iPad that I was given for work and it was connected to my phone and all of my photos where on it,well Iam giving the iPad back and started deleting all of my photos and also went to recently deleted and deleted them also BUT I did not know it deleted all of my pictures on my phone.Can I get them back?
