Google redirect virus activity in online account activity?

Anyone having google redirect virus weird IP address showing up in an online account activity? How do I block/eliminate? I use prof. Malwarebytes live scanning, nothing shows up there.

DNS redirects (malware but not virus) have largely been mitigated by software updates, so first make sure you have latest OS.


Also

  • delete all Safari/browser history including caches
  • Flush DNS ( sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder)
  • Make sure you have a secure Wifi connection
  • Set manual DNS servers (1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 etc)
  • Check network settings to make sure no proxy, etc
