Help! my iphone 11 is stuck on the black screen with the white apple.

If still no go, it may be time to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for an evaluation and explanation of yur options...
the apple will go away if plug in/unplug but the screen wont change from the apple. I've tried restarting it and nothing.
