Apple ID problem

If I lost my the number I used to verify my Apple ID and I want to login on my Id on another device how am I going to do that?

Apple ID i am trying to log in to my Apple ID on my new iPhone bc my old phone was stolen. I no longer have the number associated with my Apple ID and when I put my ID and password in, it ask to verify with the code they are sending to my old number. Please someone help me figure out how to access my Apple ID another way

I cannot log into old Apple ID I have been trying to log into my last Apple ID before this new one because I lost my other phone before this phone, so now I am trying to log into my account but since I’ve lost my other phone and I do not remember my old phone number I cannot log into that account anymore. I’ve tried everything from asking everyone who could possibly have that old number so I can fix my account but no one has that number. I tried to forget password but I still have to do a 2 factory verification code and now I do not know what to do.
