I want a refund because I haven't bought a subscription or used the app

my child downloaded an application that we did not use. I did not display any subscriptions or purchases, for that I removed the money every week! we noticed and checked again, I did not buy any subscriptions and did not give consent to this. I am requesting a refund for all the money contracted for this application. in the history of the application you can see that we did not use it! the application debited money every time until I noticed. I am outraged
