Refund

I was offered a 90 day free premium membership with Fitbit on their app and when I went through to sign it up App Store have charged me for one months membership? I have contacted Fitbit who have informed me the refund must be issued through Apple / App Store. How do I go about sorting this?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14
