My old phone is still sending info to the new phone after 2 hours. what should I do?

Hello,

Depending on the speed of your internet connection, it can take awhile. I would give it some more time.

However, if it doesn't work, try one of the other methods:

Transfer content from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
