Resetting to factory settings on a deceased family member’sipad
My father passed away last year and I am trying to reset his iPad to factory settings. The problem is I do not have his Apple ID password. I have tried every password written in his boo and none of them work. His phone and email address are no longer active. If I go into a store with the death certificate and my birth certificate will they be able to help me. Apple phone support was of no help.
