i don't use Apple music

Why did they charge me $ 25 from my payment card for using apple music, although I have not used this application for a long time?

can this money be returned back?

Not if you haven’t canceled it. See https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 and if it’s already canceled, contact your bank/card issuer.
