Can you use your mouse? If so, most likely you can click on System Preferences to access it. Then you can click on the Keyboard button. There is a button in the next window to Set Up Bluetooth Keyboard. That allows you to search for and to select your wireless keyboard.

My Apple keyboard won't connect so I cannot sign in. Had to force a shutdown have M1 Mini doesn't sleep not sure why keyboard loses connection. This has been happening for a couple months now.
Get an inexpensive wired keyboard and use that to at least log in. Then you can try to fix the Bluetooth issue. You could also keep using the wired keyboard as well..
