Are you able to help me track my phone?

Are you able to track my lost phone? Who ever stole it turned off the Find my iphone app.

No one here in this user-to-user forum can track your phone. Find My iPhone could only have been turned off by someone with your Apple ID password. However, the phone could be out of battery, or not connected to a network.
