Using "Find My":
Best one could so is if they have you device, you could do use Find My. It would locate where the device (and maybe the person) last was. But no hardware was stolen, so that is not an option.
That's not possible. If you feel someone has your access information, change your password and enable two-factor authentication.

That would be an unusually incompetent hacker, were that possible.
As muguy sagely suggests, update your security. Robust and unique passwords across all accounts, including your password-recovery account paths and mail servers. Enable two-factor authentication. Check your location privacy settings, and your list of devices. Use new and robust passwords on all of your accounts. Review and address the Apple password recommendations, too; see Settings > Passwords > Security Recommendations.
