How do you get the Battery Charge Percentage reflected on your Home Screen? I have a new IPhone 13.

You can use the "Batteries" widget.

Use widgets on your iPhone and iPod touch - Apple Support

Note that this will show on the Home Screen, not the status bar (which I think is what you're really asking)/
