Why can I not find my Apple Music downloads

Do you have a active Apple Music subscription?

I didn’t know my credit card wasn’t able to pay my subscription. Also that I’d used all of my iCloud storage. However my music library was destroyed. Only two of my albums are still listed. I want to restore my library on music albums to the back up date before they were removed. How does that happen? I, of course paid for all of the albums that were in my library. I want to restore the entire collection.

tonight I upgrade my iCloud memory to 250 G.
