Books suddenly stopped working, clicked on Sample, but cannot buy book

Restart your Mac, and try again.


If that fails, boot into Safe Mode, and try Books again.


If there are any add-on anti-malware apps, add-on anti-virus apps, add-on VPN apps, or add-on cleaner apps, or similar, remove all of those per the vendors' instructions, and try again.
