Canadian French-CSA input magic keyboard with numeric keypad

I use the Canadian French-CSA input magic keyboard with numeric keypad with my Mac

But the DOT key on my Keypad gives me a comma, which makes senses as in France money values are separated by a comma instead of a dot

e.g. $1 000,95 instead of $1,000.95 in USA and English Canada


I would like to remap that key so it gives me a dot as I deal with most things with American or Canadians

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.6

I am not sure if this is just a matter of the keyboard layout - if so, then try Marco's suggestion.


It could also be something easier to handle.

Go to System Preferences->Language & Region.

Click Advanced...

See if changing these options does what you need:
