App to Control center

Can I view control center directly when viewing an app. The swipe down gesture on the far right of the screen works when not in app, but when in app it pulls up Notification Center instead. A second swipe down is currently necessary. Is there Another way?

3-0 ~ Yes, there's another way... With Back Tap, a quick double or triple tap on the back of your iPhone can open Control Center:
