Apple would be happy to sell you a replacement watch. Apple however, is not going to give you a replacement for free. They had nothing to do with your watch being lost.

You can go to www.apple.com and click on Watch and purchase whichever watch you'd like. The newest Series 7 will take some to receive after purchase as they were just released and are in short supply.
