Changing Image in Podcast

I am looking to change a Podcast image for Manly Musings Podcast, but having a difficult time figuring out how to do this.

You need to change the image in the same way as you placed the image in whatever method you are using to create your feed. The image must be minimun 1400 x 1400 px, maximunm 3000 x 3000 px, RGB with no alpha channel, JPG or PNG, and with a file size less than 500kB. It's important that you give the new image a different filename from the old one.


Then re-publish (upload) your feed. It can take some days for the new image to appear in Apple Podcasts 'Browse'/iTunes and the web preview, though it should show quickly when subscribing on a Mac or PC.
