Can't create child account in family share
I got this error when trying to create child account from my macbook.
What's this error and how to fix it?

Check this next document and see if you can find a reason: If you see a Could Not Create Apple ID or Could Not Set Up iCloud message - Apple Support
If not, that's a vague message and I recommend you ask Apple what they mean by it:
Contact Apple. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
