Genuine Apple screens are always more expensive otherwise why would anyone consider a generic product?
But the lower price always comes with lower quality - usually touch is not accurate, stops working after a few months, or Face ID is disabled on iPhone X or newer.
Even though Apple gives you 90 days warranty, their screens are always the same quality as what came with the phone so they tend to last as long as it's not broken again.
