Mulitple Missed calls for unknown callers

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! From your post we can see you've been using Detect and block spam phone calls, and have found that you've received some spam calls working around Silence Unknown Callers.

With this feature enabled, you will receive the calls, they will go to voicemail. " The call will still go to voicemail and appear in your recent calls list, but you won’t get a notification while the call is ringing." Once receiving the call, you can then block the calls since it's coming in so rapidly: Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. This shows you how to enable this for the calls you've been getting.

As a suggestion, work with your carrier to ask if they offer spam blockers or get any recommendations for apps that filter these types of calls that work best with their network. There might be a fee or tiered system they use for protection. You can then use the information in "Detect and block spam phone calls" to set this up.
