My cursor seems to be frozen. How do I get it working again?
iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13
If it a Bluetooth Mouse ?
Are the batteries full charged ?
Are they Removal Batteries that need replacement ?
Is this a new portable ? If so, what exactly changed ?
Is this an old problem ? If so, what has been attempted to fix the issue ?
Yikes, is it a wifi mouse or a good wired USB Mode?
Power down, hols shift key on power up...
Start with this...
Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
