These are user forums, not Apple corporate support forums, so nobody here is going to call back.

Apple offers just three sizes of iCloud storage subscription -> iCloud+ plans and pricing - Apple Support. So you pick either 50GB, 200GB or 2TB and pay monthly whatever the fee for your choice is. There is no customization allowed.
