Restore IPAD to IOS 14.8

I have an IPAD Mini 5th Gen . It is on IOS15.1. How can i downgrade to IOS 14.*? . I need to downgrade for app compatibility issues. Thanks

Having updated your iPad to iPadOS 15.1, you are unable to restore an earlier version of iPadOS.

If an App requires update for compatibility with the updated version of iPadOS, you will need to seek assistance directly from the App Developer:

you can't, 15.1 is the only signed ios version around for that model, you can't install unsigned ios versions
