What is your model Apple TV box? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

What is its version system software?

What is your model remote? Identify your Apple TV remote - Apple Support

Have you tried pairing/linking it again, as described? If your Apple TV remote isn't working - Apple Support

Is the battery charged [1] or replaced [2]?
